Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte – Timbog ang Top 7 Regional Most Wanted Person sa kasong 2 Counts of Rape in relation to RA 7610 sa isinagawang manhunt operation ng Camarines Norte PNP at Philippine Army nito lamang Sabado, Hulyo 16, 2022.
Kinilala ni Police Colonel Julius Guadamor, Provincial Director ng Camarines Norte Police Provincial Office, ang akusado na si Arjay Jalandoni y Bañez, 35, residente ng Purok 2, Barangay San Isidro, Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte.
Ayon kay PCol Guadamor, ang akusado ay naaresto sa nabanggit na lugar ng pinagsanib na operatiba ng Jose Panganiban Municipal Police Station, Regional Intelligence Unit, Camarines Norte Provincial Intelligence Unit at Philippine Army.
Ayon pa kay PCol Guadamor, naaresto ang akusado sa bisa ng Warrant of Arrest sa kasong 2 Counts of Rape in relation to RA 7610 o Special Protection against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act na walang inirekomendang piyansa.
Ito ang naging mensahe ni Police Lieutenant General Vicente Danao Jr., Officer-in-Charge ng PNP patungkol sa pagkakaaresto sa akusado, “Our police personnel have taken custody of the accused while the charges against him will proceed in court. To this regard, I’d like to thank our personnel for successfully fulfilling the court mandate of arresting the accused.”
