Naging Presiding Officer si Police General Jose Melencio C Nartatez Jr, Chief, PNP, na pinasalamatan si Police Major General Anthony A Aberin, Outgoing Regional Director ng NCRPO, sa kanyang dedikasyon sa serbisyo publiko at ang accomplishments nito sa kanyang pamumuno sa Kalakhang Maynila.
Samantala, sa mensahe ni PBGen Abrahano, siniguro nitong ipagpapatuloy ang mga aktibidad na sinimulan ni PMGen Aberin sa ilalim ng PREPARE — ready personnel, equipment, intelligence, and plans; PREVENT — through better information, proper deployment, and visible presence where it matters most; RESPOND — with swift, decisive action when incidents occur.
Nabatid na nagsilbi sa Mindanao area si PBGen Abrahano, partikular na sa Police Regional Office 13 at Police Regional Office 10, at kilala rin bilang isang makatao at madaling lapitan.
