Kinilala ni Police Colonel Marben M Ordonia, Acting City Director ng Tacloban City Police Office, ang suspek na si alyas “Kaka,” 42-anyos, residente ng Tacloban City na dinakip sa bisa ng Warrant of Arrest sa kasong paglabag sa Section 155 in relation to Subsection 155.2 at Section 170 ng Republic Act 8293 o ang Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines.
