Inilunsad ng Police Regional Office 13 ang Taekwondo Summer Clinic sa ilalim ng pangunguna ni Police Brigadier General Marcial Mariano P. Magistrado IV, Regional Director, sa isang mall sa Butuan City, Agusan del Norte, nito lamang Mayo 12, 2026.
Naging posible ang aktibidad dahil sa pagtutulungan ng Philippine National Police Taekwondo Association (PNPTA) Caraga, at Caraga PNP Officers’ Ladies Club Foundation, Inc. (CP-OLCFI).
Ang mga kasali ay ang mga PNP at NUP Dependents ng PRO 13 na nasa edad mula anim na taon pataas, programang idinisenyo upang malinang hindi lamang ang pisikal na kalusugan at mga kasanayan sa martial arts kundi pati na rin ang disiplina, kumpiyansa, tiyaga, at pakikipagkaibigan sa mga kabataan.
“While we recognize the importance of academic learning inside the classroom, we also give equal importance to the lessons learned outside of it-lessons about discipline, resilience, teamwork, friendship, respect, and self-confidence. It is our sincere hope that through this Taekwondo Summer Clinic, our children will develop not only physical strength and martial arts but also the character and values that will help them become responsible and compassionate individuals,” mensahe ni RD Magistrado IV.
