Generally peaceful ang pagdaraos ng ika-5th na State of the Nation Address (SONA) 2026 ayon sa Police Regional Office 10 sa ilalim ng liderato ni Police Brigadier General Christopher N Abrahano, Regional Director nito lamang Nito lamang Hulyo 27, 2026 sa iba’t ibang panig ng Northern Mindanao.
Nabatid na isinailalim sa Heightened Alert Status ang kapulisan at idineploy ang nasa
mahigit 2,300 upang mapanatili ang kaayusan at seguridad ng SONA.
Sa kabuuan ng paghahatid ng talumpati ng Pangulo, walang naitalang anumang hindi kanais-nais na insidente sa alinmang bahagi ng Region 10, at walang namataang mga rally o malawakang kilos-protesta ang PRO10.
Nabatid na nanatili ring mahigpit ang koordinasyon ng PRO10 sa Armed Forces of the Philippines, Bureau of Fire Protection, Philippine Coast Guard, mga lokal na yunit ng pamahalaan, at iba pang mga stakeholder upang matiyak ang nagkakaisang estratehiya sa seguridad, habang sinisiguro na ang lahat ng operasyon ng pulisya ay nananatiling naaayon sa tuntunin ng batas at sa mga karapatang konstitusyonal ng mamamayan.

No untoward incidents were recorded, and no rallies were monitored in the region. This reflects not only the preparedness and professionalism of our police personnel but also the cooperation of our local government units, partner agencies, and the people of Region 10 in maintaining peace and order,” mensahe ni RD Abrahano.
