Nasabat ang nasa Php384,880 halaga ng hinihinalang shabu sa ikinasang buy-bust operation ng mga awtoridad sa kahabaan ng Saint Joseph Street, BF Martinville Subdivision, Barangay Manuyo Dos, Las Piñas City nito lamang Hulyo 14, 2026.
Ayon kay Police Major General Anthony Aberin, Regional Director ng National Capital Region Police Office, kinilala ang dalawang suspek na isang 50-anyos, walang trabaho, at isang 34-anyos na babae, walang trabaho, pawang residente ng naturang lugar at nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Sections 5 at 11, Article II ng Republic Act No. 9165 o ang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Narekober sa naturang operasyon ang nasa 56.6 gramo ng hinihinalang shabu na nagkakahalaga ng Php384,880, green coin purse, buy-bust money at iba pang non-drug items.
“Those who persist in the illegal drug trade should expect sustained and focused police action. NCRPO will continue to conduct operations that are firm, lawful, and accountable—ensuring that every arrest, every piece of evidence, and every procedure is handled with professionalism and full respect for due process,” mensahe ni RD Aberin.
