Ipinagmalaki ni PBGen De Guzman na hindi tumitigil ang Northern Mindanao PNP sa pangako na makamit ang layunin na matiyak ang kaligtasan ng publiko, kapayapaan at kaayusan sa rehiyon.

Ang seremonya ay dinaluhan ng mga opisyal ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Misamis Occidental, mga pangunahing opisyal mula sa Philippine National Police Academy at Philippine Military Academy, mga miyembro ng Department of Education, at Health Care Workers.

“This award is not mine alone; it symbolizes our shared success in upholding peace and order, a goal that can only be achieved through unity and partnership. True peace and order cannot be achieved by one individual or one agency alone. They are a shared responsibility, a goal we can achieve only through collaboration and mutual,” saad ni ARD De Guzman.
