Arestado ang dalawang High Value Target at nakumpiska ang tinatayang Php1.04 milyong halaga ng marijuana products sa buy-bust operation sa Purok 27, Riverside, Barangay Maa, Davao City bandang 3:13 ng hapon nito lamang Disyembre 30, 2025.
Kinilala ni Police Colonel Mannan C Muarip, City Director ng Davao City Police Office, ang mga suspek na sina alyas “Boss,” 25 anyos, High Value Individual at alias “Kirby,” 30 anyos, Street Level Individual, pawang mga residente ng Punta Dumalag 1, Brgy. Matina Aplaya, Davao City at nahaharap sa kasong Republic Act 9165 o ang “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002”.
Narekober sa naturang operasyon ang hinihinalang marijuana na nagkakahalaga ng Php120,000 at hinihinalang liquid marijuana na nagkakahalaga ng Php925,000, multiple boxes ng high-potency disposable vape pens na naglalaman ng liquid marijuana, buy-bust money, cellular phones, bags, Yamaha Mio motorcycle, helmet, at iba pang drug-related paraphernalia.
“The arrest of alias ‘Boss,’ a confirmed High Value Individual and a long-standing target of DCPO, sends a strong and unmistakable message that no drug personality—regardless of status or influence—is beyond the reach of the law. This operation reflects our unwavering commitment to dismantle drug networks and protect our communities, especially our youth, from the dangers of illegal drugs,” pahayag ni PCol Muarip.
