Kinilala ni Police Colonel Eleuterio Ricardo Jr, Officer-In-Charge ng Cavite Police Provincial Office, ang suspek na si alyas ‘’Mark”, residente ng Poblacion 1, GMA, Cavite.
Naaresto ang suspek sa Altarez, Brgy. Maduya, Carmona City, Cavite ng mga operatiba ng Carmona Municipal Police Station sa bisa ng Warrant of Arrest sa krimeng Sexual Assault sa ilalim ng Artikulo 266-A (2) ng Revised Penal Code na may kaugnayan sa seksyon 5(B) ng R.A. 7610 (An Act Providing for Stronger Deterrence and Special Protection against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination, and for Other Purposes) na inamendahan ng RA 11648 (An Act Providing for Stronger Protection against Rape and Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, Increasing the Age for Determining the Commission of Statutory Rape) na may inirekomendang piyansa na Php400,000.
Ang Cavite PNP ay manatiling nakatuon sa paghuli sa mga wanted persons at isampa ang mga krimeng ginawa para mabigyan ng hustisya ang mga naging biktima at makamtan ang kaligtasan, kapayapaan at kasayahan sa komunidad.
