Kinilala ni Police Colonel Filemon O Pacios, Provincial Director, ang naarestong suspek na si alyas “Ronie”, 38 taong gulang, may live-in partner, laborer, at residente ng Zone 10, Poblacion 2, Santiago, Agusan del Norte.
Inaresto si Ronie sa bisa ng Warrant of Arrest para sa krimeng Rape under par. 2 ng Article 266-A ng RPC (Sexual Assault) na kaugnay ng RA 7610, na may piyansang Php200,000 sa bawat kaso.
