Arestado ang tinaguriang Top 10 Most Wanted Person sa ikinasang operasyon ng mga otoridad sa kahabaan ng Judge Alba Street, Barangay Sta. Cruz, Koronadal City nito lamang Marso 10, 2026.
Kinilala ni Police Brigadier General Arnold P Ardiente, Regional Director ng Police Regional Office 12, ang suspek na si alyas “James”, 49 anyos, may asawa, government employee at residente ng Barangay Sta. Cruz, Koronadal City.
Dinakip ang suspek sa bisa ng Warrant of Arrest sa kasong Rape under Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code na may inirekomendang piyansa na aabot sa Php120,000.
