Cagayan de Oro City – Pormal nang inilunsad ang programang “Serbisyong C.A.R.D.O. Serbisyong may Puso” ng Police Regional Office 10 kasabay ng Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at pagbibigay ng parangal sa mga piling personahe nito lamang Lunes, ng ika-11 ng Disyembre 2023 sa RHQ Grandstand, Camp 1Lt Vicente G Alagar, Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City.
Ang paglulunsad ay pinangunahan mismo ng Ama ng Police Regional Office 10 na si Police Brigadier General Ricardo Layug Jr., kasama ang mga representante mula sa NAPOLCOM 10, Department of Interior and Local Government 10, Commision Human Rights 10, Regional Peace and Order Council 10, Regional Advisory Group for Police Tranformation and Development 10, Local Government Unit of Iligan City, Municipality of Kauswagan: Lanao del Norte, Panaon at Misamis Occidental, Philippine Wide Anti-smoking Operation for Health, Philippine Coalition Against Crime and Coalition Group, at Task Force Quatro and Living Christian Mission.
Ang pinakatampok ng naturang programa ay ang pagbibigay ng parangal sa mga personahe ng PTO 10 para sa mga pagganap sa kanilang mga tungkulin; parangal sa pinakamalinis na opisina at ang Memorandum of Agreement o MOU at Pledge of Commitment ng mga stakeholders kasama ang Ama ng PRO 10.
“Our aim is to make every police officer of PRO10 highly capable, accountable, principled, efficient, respectful, law-abiding, and reliable reinforced by an empowered community,” saad ni PBGen Layug Jr.
Dagdag pa niya, “By affixing our signatures on the Memorandum of Understanding, let us remember that our commitment goes beyond mere words on paper. Our commitment is a promise to work collaboratively and tirelessly towards the shared goals of safety, justice, and community well-being,” he said. The program is inspired by the character of Ricardo Dalisay in “Ang Probinsyano” who is God-fearing and family-oriented and embodies humility, bravery, integrity, resilience, and loyalty to public service.”
