Ang grupo ay pinangunahan ni Police Major Noel Valdez, Chief CAD Section, RPCADU 4A katuwang ang My Brother’s Keeper Philippines sa pamumuno ni Pastor Junie Austero, School Principal, mga guro at staff ng nabanggit na paaralan.

Aktibong nakiisa at nakinig ang 161 estudyante mula Grade 11 at 121 estudyante mula naman sa Grade 12 sa mga tinalakay patungkol sa RA 11313: Safe Spaces Act (Bawal Bastos Law), RA 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, at Anti-Terrorism (Orientation of Youth and Student on Terrorism) kaugnay sa EO 70 o National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict.

Bukod dito, namahagi din ang mga tauhan ng RPCADU 4A ng PNP Journal at flyers tungkol sa Crime Prevention Tips at Anti-Terrorism.

Layunin nitong ipaalam sa mga estudyante ang hindi magandang dulot ng droga, krimen, karahasan at terorismo at hinihikayat din ang mga ito na suportahan ang mga programa ng gobyerno lalo na ang PNP sa pagpapanatili ng maayos, tahimik, at ligtas na pamayanan.
