Camp Delgado, Iloilo City – Nakiisa ang pamunuan ng Police Regional Office 6 sa pamumuno ni Police Brigadier General Flynn E Dongbo, Regional Director, sa kulminasyon ng isang buwang selebrasyon ng PCR Month na ginanap sa PRO 6 Multi-Purpose Hall nitong Hulyo 28, 2022.
Kabilang sa dumalo sa pagtitipon si Attorney Joseph S. Celis, Regional Director ng National Police Commission, Regional Office 6 na siyang naging Guest of Honor and Speaker kasama ang iba pang mga kinatawan ng iba’t ibang city at provincial police offices at mga organisasyon sa rehiyon.
Naging highlight ng aktibidad ang pagbibigay parangal sa mga PNP unit at mga kawani nitong nagpakita ng katangi-tangi at hindi matumbasang kontribusyon sa larangan ng Police Community Relations.
Kabilang sa mga pinarangalan ang Capiz Police Provincial Office, para sa Police Provincial Office Category; Iloilo City Police Office para naman sa City Police Office Category; Roxas Component City Police Station sa Component City Category; at ang Dueñas Municipal Police Station para sa Municipal Police Station Category
Pinarangalan din sina Police Colonel Leo B Pamittan bilang Outstanding Police Community Affairs and Development (PCAD), Senior Police Commissioned Officer (PCO) Category; Police Major Roy P Tayona bilang Outstanding PCAD, Junior PCO Category; Police Chief Master Sergeant Michael D Pontoy bilang Outstanding PCAD, Senior Police Non-Commissioned Officer (PNCO) Category; Police Corporal Justin Dela Cruz, Outstanding PCAD, Junior PNCO Category; at NUP Rennie G Baticos bilang Outstanding PCAD, Non-Uniformed Personnel Category.
Kasama ding pinarangalan ang mga nanalo sa KKDAT Regional Contest na Slogan Making at Sining Bayanihan Cultural Dance.
Sa kanyang mensahe, pinuri ni Attorney Celis ang liderato ni PBGen Dongbo sa patuloy na pagpupursige upang maging katangi-katangi at maipatupad ng tapat at maayos ang mandato sa buong rehiyon.
