Kasunod ng Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony, tagumpay ang naging launching ng PNP Primer sa seremonya na isinagawa sa Star Officer’s Lounge, Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City, nito lamang Lunes, Pebrero 3, 2025.

Ang aktibidad na pinangasiwaan ng Directorate for Police Community Relations (DPCR), na pinangungunahan ni Police Major General Roderick Augustus B Alba, Direktor, ay personal na pinaunlakan ni Police General Rommel Francisco D Marbil, Hepe ng Pambansang Pulisya, kasama ang mga miyembro ng PNP Command Group, at Critical Incident Management Committee (CIMC).

Sa naging pambungad na mensahe ni PMGen Alba, inihayag nito na ang PNP Primer ay bahagi sa mga hakbang ng pambansang pulisya para sa patuloy na pagpapatibay ng adhikain sa pagkakaroon ng kahusayan at kaalaman ng bawat personahe nito para sa maayos at higit na epektibo na pagtugon sa panahon ng mga kalamidad.

“This primer is particularly special to me because it is a project I personally envisioned and championed. For 14 years, our organization lacked a comprehensive guide and checklist tailored for different types of natural calamities—an essential tool to ensure that every police officer is equipped with the knowledge and protocols necessary to respond effectively and efficiently,” ani PMGen Alba.

Samantala, sa pormal na pag-prisenta ng libro na may opisyal na pamagat na PNP Primer in Response to Natural Disaster, taus-pusong ipinaabot ni PGen Marbil ang pasasalamat sa naging pagsisikap ng mga tao sa likod ng pagbuo nito at sa tulong na hatid sa bawat miyembro ng pambansang pulisya.

Nang may buong katiyakan, muling inihayag ni CPNP Marbil ang kahandaan ng pulisya sa pagpapanatili ng kaayusan at kaligtasan ng mamamayan sa lahat ng oras at pagkakataon.
