Samantala, nakuha ni Police Brigadier General Romeo M. Caramat Jr. ang ikalawang pwesto rin sa Individual Commander’s Evaluation Rating (ICER) sa buwan ng Enero.

Batay sa record mula sa PNP Directorate for Intelligence, naging ikalawa ang PRO13 Intelligence Division sa UPER na may rating na 166.82 sa iba pang PRO.

Ang UPER ay ang kabuuang puntos na ibinigay ng Directorate for Intelligence in Intelligence Division ng isang PRO.

Bilang karagdagan, si PBGen Caramat Jr. ay nagkaroon ng accumulated rating na 99.46% kasunod ni PBGen Jonnel C. Estomo ng PRO5 na may 99.83% bilang unang pwesto.

Ang ICER ay ang over-all rating ng PNP Regional Director na nagmumula sa kabuuang puntos na nakuha mula sa Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) (60%), Directorial Staff Aptitude Rating (25%) at Focus Directives (15%).
