Naging panauhing pandangal at tagapagsalita sa naturang programa si USec Terrence C Calatrava ng Office of the Presidential Assistant for the Visayas.

Kasabay ng pagbisita ni PLtGen Sermonia ay ang Talk to Men nito sa hanay ng kapulisan ng Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office (NOPPO).

Sa kanyang mga naging mensahe kasunod ng paglalahad ng mga isinusulong na programa ng organisasyon, binigyang diin ni PLtGen Sermonia ang kahalagahan ng mariing pagtalima sa tatlong pangunahing polisiya ng Transparency and Integrity Program ng PNP, ang Internal Disciplinary Mechanism, Observance and Implementation of POP, at Doctrine of Command Responsibility.

“To the members of the society, from all sectors of our community, I urge each and every one of you to take part in our transparency and integrity program because we want all of you, from all sectors, to help us advocate the internal discipline of the PNP, to be our watchdog, to be our eyes and ears kung sino yung gumagawa ng mali sa ating kapulisan,” paghihimok ng Heneral.

“Ako ay naniniwala na naririto kayo in the spirit of volunteerism, ‘di kayo pinilit, gusto niyo tumulong, gusto niyong magpakabana, you want to get involve in cleansing the ranks of the Philippine National Police and in our fights against all forms of criminality, in our war against illegal drugs, terrorism, and making Negros Oriental an insurgency free province towards achieving development and progress,” dagdag pa niya.
