Misamis Oriental – Aabot sa Php374,000 halaga ng shabu ang nakumpiska sa isang High Value Individual (HVI) sa ikinasang buy-bust operation ng Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit 10 sa Purok 3, Poblacion, Initao, Misamis Oriental bandang 6:25 ng gabi nito lamang ika-15 ng Oktubre 2023.
Kinilala ni Police Brigadier General Ricardo Layug Jr, Acting Regional Director ng Police Regional Office 10, ang naarestong suspek na si alyas “Boknoy”, 38, residente ng Initao, Misamis Oriental.
Nakuha mula sa suspek ang pitong pakete ng hinihinalang shabu na may bigat na 55 gramo, na nagkakahalaga ng Php374,000, isang sling bang, at isang pirasong Php1,000 bill na ginamit bilang buy-bust money.
Nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
“PRO 10, along with the active support of the community, will persistently fulfill its duty in bringing to justice those who have transgressed the law. I commend the operating units for a job well done and to the community for its steadfast support, particularly in the fight against illegal drugs,” pahayag ni PBGen Layug.
