Kinilala ni Police Lieutenant Colonel Vicente Gil Palma, Chief of Police ng Binangonan Municipal Police Station, ang suspek na si Ricky Bandol Oling alyas ‘Dodong’, 37, construction worker, residente ng Sitio Wawa, Brgy. Libis, Binangonan, Rizal.

Ayon kay PLtCol Palma, bandang 10:30 ng gabi naaresto ang suspek sa naturang barangay ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency 4A at Binangonan Municipal Police Station.

Dagdag pa ni PLtCol Palma, nakumpiska sa suspek ang tatlong pakete ng hinihinalang shabu na may tinatayang bigat na 45.50 gramo na tinatayang nagkakahalaga ng Php309,400, isang Php1,000 bill na ginamit bilang buy-bust money at sling bag.

Nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Section 5 at 11, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
