Canlubang, Laguna – Tinatayang Php2,580,000 halaga ng shabu ang nasabat sa dalawang High Value Individual sa magkahiwalay na buy-bust operation ng CALABARZON PNP sa Antipolo City, Rizal at Dasmariñas City, Cavite nito lamang Miyerkules, Nobyembre 16, 2022.
Kinilala ni Police Brigadier General Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr, Regional Director ng Police Regional Office 4A, ang dalawang suspek na sina alias “Kuya”, 27, residente ng Lores Country Homes Subdivision, Brgy. San Roque, Antipolo City, Rizal at alias “Yusop”, 28, residente ng Brgy. Datu Esmael, Dasmariñas City, Cavite.
Ayon kay PBGen Nartatez, naaresto ang dalawang suspek ng pinagsanib na puwersa ng Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit 4A, Antipolo City Police Station, PNP Drug Enforcement Group-Special Operations Unit 4A, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency 4A, Cavite Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit, at Dasmariñas City Police Station.
Narekober kay alias “Kuya” ang 13 pirasong transparent plastic bundles na naglalaman ng dried leaves ng hinihinalang marijuana bricks na tumitimbang ng 13 kilos na nagkakahalaga ng Php1,560,000, isang mobile phone, isang pirasong Php1000 bill at 15 pirasong Php1,000 bill bilang boodle money na ginamit bilang buy-bust money.
Samantala, nakuha naman kay alias “Yusop” ang dalawang pirasong transparent plastic sachets na naglalaman ng hinihinalang shabu na tumitimbang ng 150 gramo at nagkakahalaga ng Php1,020,000 at isang itim na bag.
Nahaharap ang dalawang suspek sa kasong paglabag sa Sections 5 at 11, Article II ng Republic Act No. 9165, o “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002”.
