Rizal – Tinatayang Php115,600 halaga ng shabu, baril at mga bala ang nakumpiska mula sa isang lalaki sa ikinasang buy-bust operation ng Cainta PNP nito lamang Sabado, Nobyembre 18, 2023.
Kinilala ni Police Colonel Felipe Maraggun, Provincial Director ng Rizal Police Provincial Office, ang suspek na si alyas “Chok’’.
Naaresto ang suspek bandang 5:52 ng umaga sa Brgy. San Juan, Cainta, Rizal ng mga tauhan ng Cainta Municipal Police Station at nakumpiska ang walong heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets ng hinihinalang shabu na may kabuuang bigat na humigit kumulang 17 gramo at nagkakahalaga ng Php115,600, isang pirasong Php500 bill, isang bugkos ng tig Php100 bill, isang coin purse, isang .45 Colt MK IV Caliber pistol, isang pirasong magazine at apat na bala.
Ang suspek ay nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 at RA 10591 o Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act of 2013” kaugnay sa B.P. 881 o “Omnibus Election Code of the Philippines”.
