Malate, Manila — Tinatayang Php102,000,000 halaga na umano’y shabu ang nasabat sa dalawang Chinese National sa ikinasang joint operation ng mga otoridad nito lamang Lunes, Hulyo 4, 2022.
Kinilala ni NCRPO Regional Director, Police Major General Felipe Natividad, ang mga suspek na sina Bin Hu, 42, lalaki at Jiankang Liang, 40.
Ayon kay PMGen Natividad, naaresto ang dalawa bandang 6:45 ng gabi malapit sa Cultural Center of the Philippines, Bay Terminal Parking Lot, Brgy. 720, Malate, Manila ng pinagsanib na pwersa ng PDEA at Station 9 ng MPD.
Nakumpiska sa kanila ang 15 kilo ng hinihinalang shabu na nagkakahalaga ng Php102,000,000.
Nahaharap ang mga suspek sa kasong paglabag sa Sections 5 at 11, Art II ng RA 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Today, marks another successful operation resulting from the unity of effort of our team in the Manila Police District and our counterparts from the PDEA. The confiscation of this Php102M worth of suspected illegal drugs will definitely make an impact in the volume of circulation of this dangerous substance in the illegal drug market.
