Ang tema ng naturang selebrasyon ay “Ugnayang Pulisya at Sambayanan Hatid ay Ligtas at Maunlad na Lipunan sa Bagong Pilipinas” at panauhing pandangal si Police Lieutenant General Michael John F Dubria, The Deputy Chief, PNP for Operations.

Sa nasabing programa, nagpasalamat si Police Brigadier General Restituto B Arcangel, Director ng PCADG, sa lahat ng kaagapay at kataguyod ng naturang unit upang mas maging mabisa sa pagpapalaganap ng tiwala at suporta ng komunidad sa lahat ng aktibidad at programa ng PNP. Binigyang parangal din si Police Executive Master Sargeant Jonathan F De Leon na nasungkit ang Loyalty Awardee; USEC Gilbert Cruz at Ms. Evelyn Barz bilang PNP-Kataguyod; TMAX Riders Incorporated bilang Stakeholders Awardee at Best Non-Government Organization (NGO) of the Year ang Vanguard Anti-Crime and Corruption Task Force, Inc.
