Camp Crame, Quezon City (February 9, 2022)- Nanguna si Philippine National Police Chief, Police General Dionardo Carlos sa pagdaraos ng Presentasyon at Blessing sa mga bagong kagamitan ng PNP kani-kanina lang dakong alas-otso (8:00) ng umaga sa harap mismo ng PNP National Headquarters, Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City.

Pinasinayaan ni Police Brigadier General Jason Ortizo, Director, Chaplain Service ang pagbibigay basbas sa mga bagong biling kagamitan. Kabilang na rito ang 10 High Speed Tactical Watercraft, 34 Brand New Utility Truck, 123 Patrol Jeep (4×2), 170 VHF Low Band Handheld Radio at 1,628 DMR Handheld Radio.

Nagpasalamat naman si PGen Carlos sa mga tao sa likod ng matagumpay na pagbili sa mga naturang kagamitan lalo na sa Presidente at CEO ng Philippine International Trade Corporation na si Emmie Liza Perez- Chiong sa pagdalo at tulong nito upang mapabilis ang pagkuha sa mga bagong kagamitan.

“As we continue to mobilize our different police units in the country through different operational plans and other crime prevention initiatives. I would like to note that it is also important that we continuously upgrade and enhance the competency of our PNP personnel by providing them necessary equipment and training as well, in order to strengthen our anti- criminality mechanism through PNP thrust and program. These vehicles and communications equipment make up the backbone of police operations field,” dagdag pa niya.

Nakatakdang ipamahagi ang mga bagong kagamitan ngayong araw sa iba’t ibang Police Regional Offices at Support Units ng pulisya sa buong bansa.
