Surigao, del Sur – Isinagawa ang Community Outreach Program kaugnay sa selebrasyon ng 27th Police Community Relations Month ng Lanuza PNP na naganap sa Sitio Catupgas, Brgy. Nurcia, Lanuza, Surigao del Sur nito lamang Sabado, Hulyo 9, 2022.
Ang aktibidad ay pinangunahan ni Police Lieutenant Chenise Lloyd Sugian, Chief of Police ng Lanuza Municipal Police Station at Surigao del Norte Police Provincial Office na pinangunahan naman ni Police Executive Master Sergeant Ranilo Malong, Chief ng Provincial Community Affairs and Development Unit (PCADU).
Naging tampok sa aktibidad ang pagbibigay ng relief goods sa Mamanwa Tribe, libreng gupit, pagsasagawa ng mga serbisyong pangkalusugan tulad ng pagbibigay ng bitamina sa mga batang Manmanwa.
Nagkaroon din ng lecture sa Counter Terrorists Groups Deception, Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004, at Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.
Lubos naman ang naging pasasalamat ng Manmanwa Tribe sa nasabing aktibidad kung saan nagkaroon sila ng kaalaman tungkol sa mga pang-aabuso at panlilinlang ng mga teroristang grupo.
“Without trust you can’t have a happy and strong relationship. You must have to work it and do some efforts to gain these qualities we’re aiming for. This month of July as we celebrate the 27th Police Community Relations Month, we will always render a good standard of policing and maintain the safety and security of our people not only for this month but also for the rest of our service,” pahayag ni PLt Sugian.
