Cagayan – Nakiisa ang kapulisan ng Cagayan sa Serbisyo Caravan ng Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) sa Brgy. Balanni Sto. Niño, Cagayan noong ika-12 ng Abril 2023.
Ang naturang aktibidad ay pinangunahan ng Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC) na dinaluhan ng iba’t ibang ahensya kasama ang Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) – Cagayan, Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), Department of Agriculture (DA), Technical Educations Skills and Development Authority (TESDA), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Provincial Government of Cagayan, Commission on Higher Education (CHED), 17th Infantry Battalion, Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Sto. Niño, Rural Health Unit ng Sto. Niño at Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office ng Sto. Niño.
Kabilang sa serbisyo caravan ang libreng konsultasyon, gamot, libreng tuli, gupit, pagbunot ng ngipin, feeding program, pagbigay ng mga tsinelas para sa mga bata at libreng binhi.
Laking tuwa ng mga benepisyaryo na nakatanggap ng serbisyo sa nasabing caravan na residente ng tatlong barangay kabilang ang Brgy. Lipatan at Mapitac, Sto. Niño, Cagayan mula sa iba’t ibang ahensya ng gobyerno.
Layunin ng aktibidad na ilapit ang mga serbisyong hatid ng pamahalaan at isulong ang ugnayan ng komunidad tungo sa mapayapa at maunlad na lipunan.
