Dinaluhan ni PNP Chief, Police General Guillermo Lorenzo T. Eleazar bilang Guest of Honor and Speaker ang naturang selebrasyon.

Kasabay nito, pinasinayaan ang newly-renovated CSG Building na layuning makapagbigay ng mas komportable at kalidad na serbisyo para sa PNP, stakeholders at mga kliyente nito.

Sa kanyang mensahe, pinuri ni PNP Chief Eleazar ang mga tauhan ng CSG, sa liderato ni Police Major General Ferdinand B. Daway, dahil sa kanilang patuloy na pagpapatupad ng mga makabagong programa para mapaghusay ang pagseserbisyo sa publiko sa kabila ng COVID-19 pandemic.

Naging bahagi rin ng pagdiriwang ang paggawad ng parangal para sa mga tauhan ng CSG na nagpamalas ng husay at dedikasyon sa serbisyo.
