Camp Crame, Quezon City – Pinangunahan ni Chief PNP Police General Dionardo Carlos ang paglunsad ng mas pinaigting na Campaign Plan Double Barrel sa Kampo Crame ngayong umaga ng Lunes, March 14, 2022.

Ito ay pinangalanan na Double Barrel Finale Version 2022 na binansagang “Anti-Illegal Drugs Operations Thru Reinforcement and Education” o ADORE.

Pinasinayaan ni DOH Secretary Francisco T Duque III ang naturang programa na isinabay sa Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony.

Isa sa tampok sa programa ay ang Unveiling of ADORE marker (Infinity Marker) na ang kahulugan ay “Endless, Boundless, and Continues Indefinitely”.

Ang ADORE marker ay nagrerepresenta sa pinakamahusay na istratehiya ng Pambansang Pulisya laban sa ilegal na droga kung saan nilapat dito ang 8e’s para sa mabisa nitong implementasyon, ito ay ang engineering the structure; education; extraction of information; enforcement of law; enactment of laws; environment; economics; at evaluation.

Sa 2022 Double Barrel Finale mas paiigtingin ang police presence ng pulisya para masuportahan ang Barangay Drug Clearing Operations at mga aktibidad ng Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council o BADAC, mapigilan ang paglaganap ng ilegal na droga, at ang tuloy-tuloy na pagbibigay impormasyon sa komunidad lalo na sa mga drug surrenderees sa mga masamang epekto ng droga.

“This is a commitment by the Philippine National Police that thru the reinforcement, this is our rehabilitation, recovery and wellness, and reintegration of the more than 1.2 million that surrendered. We will go back to the streets now, that we are in a new normal, that the environment will allow us to reach out again to them the victims of these illegal drugs, we will continue that and we will continue reducing the supply by our law enforcement function together with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency. That is the commitment to the Filipino people as the end-game strategy”, ani Police General Carlos.
