Arestado ng mga tauhan ng Butuan City Police Office ang suspek sa pananaksak ng isang babae sa Barangay Ampayon, Butuan City nito lamang Enero 10, 2025.
Kinilala ni Police Colonel Rommel D. Villamor, City Director ng Butuan City Police Office, ang suspek na si alyas “Emman,” 21 anyos, isang estudyante.
Nabatid na nahuli ang suspek sa isinagawang drug buy-bust operation ng Butuan City Police Station 4 na pinangunahan ni Police Lieutenant Marlon Eguna sa ilalim ng pangangasiwa ni Police Captain Denis Bon, katuwang ang PDEA RO13.
Narekober mula sa suspek ang tinatayang 0.29 gramo ng hinihinalang shabu na may halagang Php2,006.
Ang suspek ay sasampahan ng kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 o “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002” at Frustrated Murder.
