Timbog ng mga operatiba ng Agusan del Sur Police Intelligence Unit (lead unit) katuwang ang mga tauhan ng Buenavista MPS ang isang High Value Individual (HVI) sa bisa ng search warrant operation nito lamang Hunyo 4, 2024 sa Buenavista, Agusan del Norte.
Kinilala ni PCol Filemon O Pacios, Director ng Agysan Del Norte PPO, ang naaresto na si alyas “Rolly”, 24 taong gulang, at residente ng Purok-4A, Barangay Alubihid, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte.
Ang naaresto ay naghihintay ng prosecution para sa paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 na kilala rin bilang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
