Arestado ng mga operatiba ng Buenavista MPS katuwang ang PDEA13 ang isang High Value Individual (HVI) sa bisa ng Search Warrant Operation na naganap sa Buenavista, Agusan del Norte nito lamang Mayo 18, 2024.
Kinilala ni Police Colonel Filemon Pacios, Provincial Director ng Agusan del Norte Police Provincial Office, ang naaresto na si alyas Teh-Teh, 42 taong gulang, may live-in partner, karpintero, at residente ng Purok 1, Barangay 10, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte.
Ayon kay PCol Pacios, nasamsam ang 3.8 gramo ng shabu na may Standard Drug Price na Php25,840, tatlong lighter, isang yunit ng Samsung Keypad Cellphone, at isang Redmi Touchscreen cellular phone.
Mahaharap ang naaresto sa kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 na kilala bilang “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.”
