South Cotabato – Timbog ang isang High Value Individual (HVI) ng mga operatiba ng Koronadal City Police Station sa Purok Bagong Sikat, Brgy. Zone lV, Koronadal City, South Cotabato nito lamang Enero 9, 2024.
Ayon kay Police Brigadier General Jimili Macaraeg, Regional Director ng Police Regional Office 12, apat na sachet ng hinihinalang shabu na may bigat na humigit-kumulang 150 na gramo na nagkakahalaga ng Php1,020,000 at mga non-drug items ang nakumpiska mula sa suspek na si alyas “Bombit”, 42, at residente ng nasabing lugar.
Mahaharap ang suspek sa kasong paglabag sa RA 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
“I would like to commend the efforts of all those involved in this operation. This greatly shows the effectiveness of the PRO 12’s intel-gathering operation. This endeavor will surely be a big factor in incapacitating the flow of illegal drugs in our region. This is a clear display of dedication and bravery of our operatives to keep our communities safe,” ani PBGen Macaraeg.
