Laguna – Tinatayang 8,532 miyembro ng Police Regional Office 4A ang itinalaga sa iba’t ibang polling precincts para sa Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections 2023 na ginanap na Multi-Agency Send-Off Ceremony of Security Forces and Resources kasabay ng Monday Flag Raising Ceremony nito lamang Lunes, Agosto 28, 2023.
Katuwang ng PNP ang Armed Forces of the Philippines, Bureau of Fire Protection, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Philippine Coast Guard, Department of Education 4A, National Intelligence Coordinating Agency 4A, and the Commission on Elections 4A.
Bukod dito, nagtalaga din ng 5,229 katao para sa paggamit ng motorsiklo, mobile cars, motorboats, handheld radios/smartphones, at Body Worn Cameras.
Pinaalalahan din ang mga tropa na iwasang masangkot o lumabag sa polisiya ng non-partisanship.
Tinalakay din ang masusing pagpaplano at pagsama-samang mga estratehiya para matiyak ang kaligtasan at seguridad ng mga botante, kandidato, at mga tauhan ng halalan.
Ininspeksyon na din nina Police Brigadier General Carlito Gaces, Regional Director, Police Regional Office 4A at Atty. Monalisa C Mamukid, COMELEC 4A Regional Election Director ang mga checkpoint at iba pang lugar sa Calamba bilang unang araw ng Filing of Candidacy at Gun Ban.
