South Cotabato – Nasabat ng mga operatiba ng Cotabato PNP ang Php1,768,000 halaga ng shabu sa isinagawang buy-bust operation sa Prk 1, Brgy. Glamang, Polomolok, South Cotabato nito lamang Lunes, Marso 20, 2023.
Kinilala ni Police Brigadier General Jimil Macaraeg, Regional Director ng Police Regional Office 12, ang suspek na si alias “Nonoy”, 36, may asawa, magsasaka at residente ng Brgy. Rizal, Banga, South Cotabato.
Ayon kay PBGen Macaraeg, bandang alas 2:16 ng ikasa ang operasyon ng magkasanib na operatiba ng Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit 12, Regional Intelligence Division 12-Tracker Team Bravo, City Intelligence Team, Regional Intelligence Unit 12, PNP Drug Enforcement Group-Special Operations Unit 12, Regional Special Operations Group 12, Polomolok PNP, at sa pakikipag-ugnyan sa PDEA 12-Koronadal City, South Cotabato.
Narekober mula sa suspek ang 250 gramo ng hinihinalang shabu na may tinatayang halaga na Php1,768,000, isang pirasong Php1,000 bill bilang buy-bust money at iba pang non-dug items.
Sinampahan na ng kasong paglabag sa RA 9165 o ang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 ang naturang suspek.
