Butuan City – Naaresto ang isang lalaking tulak ng ilegal na droga sa isinagawang buy-bust operation ng Butuan City Police Station 2 at Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency sa Purok 9, Brgy. Doongan, Butuan City bandang 5:30 ng hapon nito lamang Martes, Enero 17, 2023.
Kinilala ni Police Colonel Marco Archinue, City Director ng Butuan City Police Office, ang naaresto na si alyas “Alvin”, 24, residente ng nabanggit na lugar.
Nakumpiska ang apat na heat-sealed transparent sachets na naglalaman ng hinihinalang shabu na may timbang na 5 gramo at may Standard Drug Price na Php34,000; anim na pirasong Php1,000 bill na ginamit bilang buy-bust money; isang Samsung keypad phone; isang gray na sling bag; isang pakete ng sigarilyong Winston na walang laman; at isang yunit ng kulay orange na Yamaha Mio.
Nahaharap ang suspek sa kasong paglabag sa Section 5 at 11, Article II ng RA 9165 o Comprehensive of Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
