Kinilala ng mga awtoridad ang suspek na si Lopher Noquera Narit, 22 taong gulang na nakatira sa Purok 10, Brgy Dacudao, Calinan District, Davao City.
Naaresto si Narit sa bisa ng Warrant of Arrest sa kasong Rape (3 counts) at Act of Lasciviousness, sec. 5(b) of RA 7610 sa ilalim ng Criminal Case no. 21-05234/21-05235/21-05236-CR.
Kasalukuyang nakakulong si Narit sa Calinan Police Station 10, Davao City Police Office.
