Agusan del Sur – Boluntaryong sumuko ang isang Team Leader ng Communist Terrorist Group (CTG) sa Regional Mobile Force Battalion 13 sa Camp Col Rafael Rodriguez, Butuan City, Agusan del Sur nito lamang Huwebes, Nobyembre 10, 2022.
Kinilala ni Police Lieutenant Colonel Michael John Mangahis, Officer-In-Charge, RMFB 13, ang boluntaryong sumuko na Team Leader ng South Regional Committee 2 Loader, North Central Mindanao Regional Committee na si alyas “Badi”, 34, residente ng Brgy. Lydia, La Paz, Agusan del Sur.
Ayon kay PLtCol Mangahis, bandang 2:30 ng hapon nang boluntaryong sumuko si Badi at kasabay ng kanyang pagsuko ay ang pag turn-over ng isang caliber .30 Carbine na may isang magazine at apat na bala.
Dagdag pa nito, ang pagsuko ni Badi ay resulta ng magandang community engagement ng Revitalized-Pulis sa Barangay (R-PSB) katuwang ang 23rd Infantry Battalion, Philippine Army.
“I reassure those rebels who have surrendered that RMFB13 will assist them in getting back to their daily lives by providing them with essential social and public safety services. With our collective efforts and whole-of-nation approach, we can make a difference in securing our people from any terroristic acts,” pahayag ni PLtCol Mangahis.
