Cervantes, Ilocos Sur – Arestado ang isang wanted person sa kasong Acts of Lasciviousness kaugnay sa RA 7610 ng Police Regional Office 1 at Baguio City PNP nitong ika-8 ng Hulyo, 2022.
Kinilala ni Police Colonel Wilson L. Doromal, Provincial Director ng Ilocos Sur Police Provincial Office, ang suspek na si Minong, 43, residente ng Purok 9, Upper Pinget, Baguio City.
Ayon kay PCol Doromal, naaresto ang suspek bandang 11:30 ng umaga sa North Central, Aurora Hill, Baguio City ng pinagsanib na tauhan ng Cervantes Municipal Police Station, Ilocos Sur Provincial Intelligence Unit, Ilocos Sur Provincial Investigation, Detective and Management Unit, 102nd Maneuver Company ng Regional Mobile Force Battalion, Regional Intelligence Division 1, Regional Intelligence Unit 1 at Baguio City Police Office, Aurora Hill Police Station 6.
Ayon pa kay PCol Doromal, naaresto ang suspek sa bisa ng Warrant of Arrest sa kasong Acts of Lasciviousness kaugnay sa RA 7610 o Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act na may inirekomendang piyansa na Php400,000.
Ang pagkakaaresto sa suspek ay bunga ng pakikiisa ng mga mamamayan sa adhikain ng PNP na mahuli ang mga wanted persons upang mapanagot sila sa mga krimeng ginawa.
