Surigao del Sur (February 18, 2022) – Arestado ang mga High Value Individuals at newly identified drug personalities sa Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operation ng Surigao del Sur Police Provincial Office (SDSPPO) nitong ika-18 ng Pebrero taong kasalukuyan.
Kinilala ni Police Colonel Joseph Boquiren, Acting Provincial Director, SDSPPO ang tatlong (3) High Value Target na sina Alfred Mark B. Plaza alyas “Dodong”, Paul Walter O. Castro, at Romel V. Liparon.
Nasakote si Plaza mula sa joint operation sa Purok Kalipayan, Brgy. Bongtud, Tandag City, SDS ng mga operatiba ng Tandag City Police Station kasama ang mga tauhan ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, kapulisan ng SDS 1st at 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company sa pamamagitan ng buy-bust operation.
Arestado rin sina Castro at Liparon sa operasyon ng ilegal na droga ng Carrascal Municipal Police Station (MPS) at Cagwait MPS.
Batay sa ulat, nadakip din sa nasabing operasyon ang apat (4) na street level drug personalities at nakuhanan ng kabuuang 10.684 gramo ng hinihinalang shabu na mayroong kabuuang Standard Drug Price na Php72,651.20.
“Surigao del Sur Police Provincial Office will continue to intensify on our campaign against illegal drugs. I also commend the strong support of the community as our partners on this drive. Hence, suspects will be charged for violation of R.A. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002,” giit ni PCol Boquiren.
