Sumailalim sa Intelligence Basic Course ang kabuuang 50 Police Non-Commissioned Officers ng Police Regional Office (PRO)13 na opisyal na binuksan sa isinagawang Opening Ceremony sa Camp Col Rafael C Rodriguez, Libertad, Butuan City nito lamang Septyembre 18, 2024.
Ang mga kalahok ay nagmula sa limang Police Provincial Offices, Butuan City Police Office, at National Administrative and Operational Support Units na nakabase sa rehiyon.
Pinangunahan ni Police Colonel Michael F Lebanan, Deputy Regional Director for Administration ang seremonya at nagsilbing panauhing pandangal at tagapagsalita sa nasabing aktibidad.
Ang Basic Intelligence Course ay tatlong buwang kurso na naglalayong bigyan ang mga kalahok ng kaalaman, kasanayan, ugali, at ang kahalagahan nito para sa Intelligence at Counter-intelligence Operations.
