Quezon City — Nagtapos ang 50 personnel ng Police Community Affairs and Development Group (PCADG) matapos sumailalim sa 20 araw na Patrol Officers Basic Course o POBC nito lamang Biyernes, Setyembre 22, 2023.
Ang naturang “Closing Ceremony” ng Class-02-048-PCADG-2023-060 ay naganap sa Audio-Visual Room (AVR) ng PNP Museum, Camp Crame, Quezon City na dinaluhan ni Police Colonel Radel Ramos, Acting Director ng PNPTS na nirepresenta ng kanyang Chief of Staff, PCol Godfredo Tul-o bilang Keynote Speaker.
Top 1 sa nasabing kurso si PCpl Jacques Romanoff Mesina na may 85.45% na grado, Pat Rene Jay O Nerona bilang Top 2 na may 84.2% na grado, at PCpl Richelle A Billote bilang Top 3 na mayroon namang 83.95% na grado.
Kasama ang PCADG Command Group, pinaabot ni PCol Tul-o ang kanyang mainit na pagbati sa 50 PCADG personnel na nagsipagtapos na ayon sa kanya ay isa sa mga “requirements” upang makakuha ng Public Safety Junior Leadership Course (PSJLC).
Ani naman ni PCol Ramos sa kanyang iniwang mensahe, “As members of the Philippine National Police, knowing the basic, specifically with our mandate is a must. It is an unforgivable crime for a police officer, particularly those who are assigned in the operations not to know our bible in PNP- this is the Police Operational Procedures (POP): where the Standard Operating Procedures in conducting different police operations are carefully provided including all protocols of other relevant police activities.”
