Nagtapos ang 49 Police Commissioned Officers mula sa Police Regional Office 13 at isa mula sa Philippine Coast Guard sa Investigation Officers Basic Course na ginanap sa Multi-purpose Hall, Camp Col Rafael C Rodriguez, Butuan City nito lamang Oktubre 24, 2024.
Pinangunahan ni Police Brigadier General Alan M Nazarro, Regional Director ng PRO 13, ang seremonya ng pagtatapos ng 45 na araw na pagsasanay, kasama sina Police Colonel Ruben B Delos Santos, Officer-In-Charge ng Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division 13, Police Lieutenant Colonel Rhandy O Amaro, OIC ng Regional Learning and Doctrine Development Division 13, at Police Lieutenant Colonel Reynante N Sibayton, Officer-In-Charge ng Regional Special Training Unit 13.
Kabilang sa mga tampok ng programa ang pagbibigay ng Class impression ng Presidente ng klase, si Police Colonel Lawrence D Mauricio, na nakatanggap din ng Leadership Award, at ang pagbibigay ng mga natatanging pagkilala sa mga kalahok.
Ginawaran ng Medalya ng Kasanayan o PNP Efficiency Medal si Police Lieutenant Ryan C Cagula na nagkamit ng pinakamataas na marka na 92.94%. Medalya ng Papuri o PNP Commendation Medals naman ang ginawad kina Police Lieutenant James-Taylor M Pineda at Police Lieutenant Anabelle C Celino bilang Top 2 at Top 3 na may mga markang 88.97% at 88.94% ayon sa pagkakasunod.
Binigyan din ng Letter of Commendation ang Team 6 na kinabibilangan nina Olive Major Norbert F Velonza, Police Lieutenant Julius Cesar B Arabe, Police Lieutenant Ryan C Cagula, at Police Lieutenant Elisa V Lumberio, bilang Best Team sa kanilang Field Immersion, Panel Defense, at Deliberation Period.
Nakatanggap si Police Captain Kenneth Dawn R Balgos ng Service Award bilang Class Treasurer.
“Congratulations to the graduates! The long hours of comprehensive examination, the challenging modular exams, intense discussions, and heart-pounding panel presentations may have pushed you to your limits, but you made it through. Now, I believe that PRO 13 has produced another batch of competent and proficient leaders in investigation,” ani RD Nazarro.
