Butuan City – Narekober ng mga awtoridad ang dalawang Improvised Explosive Device (IED) at apat na container na naglalaman ng bigas na pinaniniwalaang pagmamay-ari ng Communist Terrorist Group (CTG) sa P-1, Brgy. Taligaman, Butuan City nito lamang Lunes, Pebrero 6, 2023.
Ayon kay Police Brigadier General Pablo Labra II, Regional Director ng Police Regional Office 13, bandang 7:00 ng umaga nang puntahan ng Butuan City Police Station-4 ang lugar sa pangunguna ng kanilang Station Commander na si Police Major Michael John Arandia upang kumpirmahin ang impormasyon mula sa isang informant.
Narekober ang isang improvised claymore mine, isang improvised cylindrical pipe bomb at ang apat na plastic container na naglalaman ng bigas.
Samantala, batay sa record ng Regional Intelligence Division 13, Sandatahang Yunit Pampropaganda 21C ng Weakened Guerilla Front 21 na pinamumunuan ni Arnel Banguis alyas Dindo/Kadoy ang posibleng grupo na nagmamay-ari ng mga narekober na kagamitan.
