Nagtapos ang 112 na pulis sa Basic Internal Security Operations Course (BISOC) na ginanap sa Regional Special Training Unit (RSTU-13), Santiago, Agusan del Norte nito lamang ika-27 ng Agosto, 2024.
Pinangunahan ni Police Brigadier Alan M Nazarro, Regional Director ng Police Regional Office 13, ang Closing Ceremony kasama sina Police Colonel Dennis A Siruno, Chief ng Regional Personnel and Records Management Division (RPRMD), Police Lieutenant Colonel Rhandy O Amaro, Officer-In-Charge ng Regional Learning at Doctrine Development Division, at Police Lieutenant Colonel Reynante N Sibayton, Officer-In-Charge ng RSTU 13.
Ang 112 na miyembro ay binubuo ng 107 trainees mula sa Police Regional Office (PRO) 13 at lima (5) mula sa National Support Unit.
Kabilang sa mga tampok ng Graduation Ceremony ay ang pagbibigay ng parangal sa mga Over-all Top performing students: Award of Excellence bilang Top 1: Pat Michael Lester T Bayate, Award of Excellence as Top 2: Pat Ceperino D Mahanlud III at Award of Excellence as Top 3: Pat Ian Jay A Sambayon.
Samantala, pinangunahan ni Rev Fr. Police Major Lorenzo Ruga, Regional Pastoral Officer 13 ang pagbabasbas ng blue berets at ang paglagay ng BISOC Pins na sinundan ng Ceremonial donning at ang pinning na pinangunahan ni PBGen Nazarro.
“I know it was never an easy feat, and your endurance was tested daily, but you have conquered yet another milestone in your career. After this, you will be assigned to the mobile forces, and I hope that you will apply all the knowledge, values, and skills that you have acquired. A new and more challenging journey awaits you,” ani PBGen Nazarro.
